1. Introduction

Field Solutions is an internal enterprise resource planning (ERP) and logistics management application intended strictly for authorized employees and field representatives of our company. It is not intended for the general public.

2. Data Collection & Usage

We only collect data required for internal business operations and employment logistics:

• Account Information: Names, Employee IDs, and work emails assigned by HR.
• Inventory Data: Actions taken regarding company stock (e.g., transfers, sales tracking).
• Camera Access: The app requires temporary camera access strictly to scan physical barcodes (Code 128) on company inventory. Images are processed locally on the device in real-time. We do not record, store, or transmit any video or image data to our servers.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We absolutely do not sell, rent, or share any user or company data with third parties. All data remains strictly within the internal enterprise environment.

4. Data Security & Deletion

All data is securely stored using enterprise-grade cloud databases with strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). If an employee leaves the company, their account is terminated, and they may contact HR to request full deletion of their personal data from the system.
